Dr. Hojoong Kim is Professor of Medicine at Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine and Samsung Medical Center. Dr. Kim is a member of the Korean Medical Association, the Korean Society of Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Disease, as well as a member of international organizations such as the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, World Association for Bronchology, and the Asian Pacific Association for Bronchology. Although a major focus of his research and clinical activity has been in the field of Bronchology, Lung Cancer and Pulmonary Hypertension, Dr. Kim has also considerable expertise in IRB, Human Research Protection Plan and Safety issues in hospital management. Dr. Kim was appointed as a Congress President of 5th APCB held in Seoul, Korea at 2013.
